Payment method
Credit card and direct credit is available, however we request payment in full before the day of your treatment. In some cases cash payments MAY be accepted on the day of the treatment.
Cancellation Policy
As all treatments are paid up front via credit card, cancellations prior to 72 hours of treatments date will be refunded in full in the form of a gift voucher valid for 6 months within the Yarra Valley and Dandenong Ranges. Cancellations after 72 hours (3 days) from scheduled appointment date may result in forfeit of 100% of monies paid.
